July is known as Nelson Mandela Month to celebrate the life and legacy of our former president. On Nelson Mandela Day, July 18, people are urged use 67 minutes of their time to support a chosen charity or serve in their local community.

PRETTY GULE: Volunteering is important, especially for people who cannot do certain simple things on their own, so them knowing help is available at no cost impacts them positively.JACQUI SMITH: Volunteering is a full-circle cycle.
