J&B Bar pops up in Illovo OR Just three-months of this pop-up experience
JOBURG – A partnership made in cocktail heaven, The Union Bar is getting together with J&B Scotch Whisky to bring their signature brand of pop-up entertainment, innovative cocktails and flair for turning any space into a fully functioning bar back to Johannesburg.

Entertainment, innovative cocktails and J&B’s signature flair have popped up in Illovo, at what was once the Union Bar.
A worthy collaboration, this union is sure to get the fans of both brands together in a space made for entertainment.
The venue is one that The Union Bar fans know very well, and as requested on social media, is back by popular demand. The Norman Goodfellows Dispatch Warehouse, on the corner of Chaplin and Oxford Road in Illovo, will lend its unique charm to this project.
At the J&B Union Bar you can, of course, try it all. From neat and on the rocks to licking your lips around exotic flavours with outlandish names such as Smoke & Mirrors, Glitter & Grit and Shake, Rattle & Roll – presented in innovative ways and guaranteed to make your winter a little less dreary.
Apart from the innovative cocktails, the shared spaces and the selfie-worthy moments – J&B and The Union Bar will also collaborate with various visual artists to bring the physical space to life.
To give each artist his or her moment in the spotlight, each collaborative art piece will be revealed separately throughout the three months that the bar is open.
The bar will be open until 9 September.
