Parktown Girls selected to rep SA at Touch Rugby Youth World Cup

PARKVIEW – Parktown Girls is excited to have eight of their current learners and old girls participate in the upcoming Touch Rugby Youth World Cup.

Parktown Girls congratulates a number of their athletes and old girls who have been selected for the South African Squad for the Touch Rugby Youth World Cup.

Rofhiwa Muambadzi and Daniella Freitas are in the U15 South African Squad while Vhutshilo Muambadzi has been selected for the U17 squad and Jenissi Mondaoko, Anneke Loots (old girl), Lethabo Mkhonto (old girl and current coach), Dita Musungaie (old girl) and Jenne van der Merwe (old girl) have been selected for the U19 squad.

Director of sport at Parktown Girls Catherine van Eyk said, “This is an absolutely phenomenal achievement. Congratulations girls on your hard work and perseverance which has paid off at the highest level. We also have a few old girls and coaches that have been selected. Parktown is extremely proud of you all.”
