Big smiles for big school as Greenside Primary welcomes Grade 1s
GREENSIDE – The smell of new pencils and books greeted Grade 1s as they start their new journey.
Starting something new can be scary and the first day of Grade 1 can be a bit daunting for the child and parent alike.
Greenside Primary School made sure their new Grade 1s felt welcome and safe. Rosebank Killarney Gazette journalist Sarah Koning visited the school on 15 January to capture the moment.
