WATCH: St Teresa’s learners obtain excellent #MatricResults2019

ROSEBANK – St Theresa's Class of 2019 obtained 114 distinctions out of 44 candidates and an average of 2.6 distinctions per candidate.


St Teresa’s School had an early and happy start this morning, 7 January, as the matric results were released. The Class of 2019 obtained 100 per cent bachelor degree pass rate.

The learners obtained 114 distinctions out of 44 candidates with an average of 2.6 distinctions per candidate.

Makayla Willson obtained two distinctions in maths literature and life orientation. “If you want to achieve good results, do your absolute best,” she advised.

Ruvarashe Nyamupangedengu obtained seven distinctions at St Teresa’s and is ranked in the Top 1 per cent of IEB learners in life orientation. She advised the Class of 2020 to prepare study notes during the year to make it easy to study for preliminary and final exams.

The excited learners are slowly coming to the school’s premises to collect their certificates.
