St Teresa’s Junior School holds inter-house sports

CRAIGHALL PARK – Parents and learners from St Teresa's Junior Primary School enjoyed themselves in true sportsmanship at the inter-house games.


The Grade 1, 2 and 3 girls from St Teresa’s Junior Primary School in Craighall Park held their annual inter-house sports day at the end of March with the theme ‘Pass it on’.

The red house McAuley were the Red Rocking Rosies, the yellow house Marian were the Sparkling Golden Daisies and the green house Lourdes were the Clover Queens.

All the girls entered into the spirit of the day with each house performing their own war cries and participating in a variety of flat, novelty and relay races. Even the Grade 3 parents joined in the fun and games in the parents’ race.

Delicious refreshments were provided by the Grade 1 parents and an enjoyable morning was had by all with the true spirit of sportsmanship prevailing. McAuley house was victorious, closely followed by Lourdes and Marian.
