The Parktown Girls Potted Sports Committee made up of Grade 11s raised R120 000 for Hotel Hope.
The orphanage looks after abandoned children and operates from the Melville area. The girls worked hard during the year to fundraise for this charity.
On 2 November, the girls together with teacher-in-charge Helen-Mary Halley handed over the money to Hotel Hope.
