Parkview police awarded certificate for hard work
PARKVIEW – The station Commander of Parkview police, Theledi Gopane would like to congratulate the finance office for its achievement.
Head of the finance office for Parkview Police Station, Captain Andre Swanepoel has received a certificate from the Financial Management Gauteng Legislature for the hard work he has put in with his team during the period 2016 to 2018.
Swanepoel said they will continue with what they have been doing to keep the momentum.
“We do everything we can to serve the community. Our work has been recognised and it’s always up to date. There are never queries when it comes to our work. We were just as surprised when we received it but we are happy,” said Swanepoel.
He received the certificate for contribution towards the successful management of financial services at the station.
However, Swanepoel modestly said that he was happy but it was rather a team effort with his accounting clerk, Cynthia Ntshingila and administration clerk, Princess Mudau, that made it possible for them to be awarded the certificate.
Ntshingila said she considers herself privileged to be working with Swanepoel.
“There were times I was working alone before he came along. He was sceptical about the certificate but I told him he deserves it because he is the head and he has put in the work ever since he came here,” said Ntshingila.
Parkview Police Station spokesperson, Captain Tintswalo Sibeko said, “I am very proud to have such an excellent team who are always doing good for the community. This shows that service delivery is satisfying.”
