Gears set for this weekend’s #AreSebetseng
ROSEBANK – Residents are invited to join this weekend's organised cleanups.
The City of Johannesburg’s #AreSebetseng campaign has been in full swing since the year began.
Every second Saturday of the month, residents have the opportunity to take up arms and clean up their areas.
Below are some of the organised cleanups this Saturday:
Parkhurst Village Residential Association will be cleaning up around 4th Avenue in Parkhurst from 9am until 12pm. Residents will also have the opportunity to chat with the committee on matters such as town planning, environment, security and property valuations.

The Saxonwold and Parkwood Residents Association are meeting at 9am at the Wells Avenue parking lot. They will be focusing on the area along Jan Smuts, the parking lot and along Wells Avenue. Gloves and plastic bags will be supplied and residents are advised to bring along a hat as it gets hot quickly. Drinking water will also be supplied and students participating in any school CSI initiatives are welcome to participate.
