According to reports, the rape charges that were leveled against one of Nelson Mandela’s grandson’s has been withdrawn.
The charges have been provisionally withdrawn earlier today at the High Court in Johannesburg.

The report further stated that a chef handed in an affidavit claiming the man and the teenage girl were kissing in the passageway of the pub.
The man was granted bail of R7 000 last year in August after he claimed in his affidavit that the sex was consensual and that he had no idea she was under age. He further claimed the pub where they had met did not allow entry to people under the age of 21.
