VIDEO: Chopped-up body found in Killarney
KILLARNEY - It is believed a dismembered body of a woman has been found dumped in the bushes in Killarney.

UPDATE: 14 April 2015, 1pm – According to Hillbrow police spokesperson Sergeant Mduduzi Zondo, “The body was discovered between 9 and 10am earlier this morning by a passerby who noticed an arm sticking out of a black plastic bag. It seems that the body had been cut up in to approximately six different pieces and has the head chopped off as well.”
Zondo added, “It appears that the body is of a young woman believed to be in her early 20s. Her identity is still unknown at this stage. She was wearing a brown jersey, blue takkies and what appears to be a traditional dress.”
It has not been confirmed what was used to dismember the body.
Gauteng forensics pathology service, emergency services, crime scene investigation from Hillbrow police and a fire truck were at the scene.

The body belonging to a female was been found earlier today at the corner of Newtown and 3rd avenues in Killarney.
It is alleged that the body was chopped up, placed in plastic bags and dumped in the bushes.
