Another wonderful resident of Rosebank passed away on 30 April 2014 – Marion Patterson McDonald.
She lived and worked the best part of 50 years in Rosebank.
While working at Standard bank her face was the first people would look for.
Her dignity, graciousness and ability to settle and calm any situation was amazing.
As a resident, wherever she was, friendships were formed, her silent way of pleasing one was indeed a joy.
She had a magic sense of humour.
Marion’s memorial service was held on 6 May at Abor Village in Bedfordview.
It was evident the love she left behind – love of family, friends and people in the street of Rosebank.
Marion you have left a great void, shalom.
Coffee won’t be the same without you.
