It has a very low-key style décor which invites customers to sit down and relax. The big windows and its location offer clientele a touch of inspiration.

Each meal is prepared in front of you in the open plan ready-to-eat kitchen.

Manager at Post Sabelo Maile, said the shop attracted a mixture of people because of the combination of its staff which includes Dave Hayes, Shanon Schmidt, Donovon Wright and Alvin Boucher.

“We love what we do and our coffee and the food we make shows just that,” said Maile. Asked about the uniqueness of the coffee they serve he added, “I make the coffee so that’s what makes it special. I think that I am the best barrister in the city by far.”

“There is no secret about making good coffee; it is all about sticking to the basics of the coffee. You may bend the rules here and there but the basics stay the same.”

The shop boasts a variety of both breakfast and lunch dishes for its customers. “We have a range of vegetarian dishes for lunch and we use free range meats for other meals.”

“Everything we do is the best.”
