Events Ladies SA hosted the country’s Afrikaans music sensation, Refentse live at the Walter Sisulu Botanical Garden on Saturday 2 November.
Refentse’s fans and Afrikaans music fanatics were kept on their feet with sensational tunes from the artist who never disappoints.
There was a variety of food and craft stalls, and families brought their loved ones to enjoy the live performance in a picnic set-up.
All profits generated from the event will be used for a good cause.
Event Ladies SA managing director, Michele van Zyl said, “It is very important to give back to our community and do our best to help the less fortunate. I’m happy that our event was a success. We managed to generate some much-needed funds for our charities.”
The festive mood was ignited when the crowd sang and danced to the songs to mark a memorable night of live music at the scenic Garden.
