 Florida

This small suburb in Roodepoort is conveniently located to Johannesburg’s bustling CBD and is home to Florida Lake, immensely popular with its bird sanctuary, putt-putt course, and swimming pool. The lake also invites those keen on canoeing, sailing, and braaing or picnicking. It is a key attraction for both residents and visitors.

Linden

Another small, but well-maintained suburb, Linden has become a trendy and popular area for renters to settle in. With a family orientated community, good schools nearby and a number of new developments being built, demand in the area is growing.

Randpark Ridge
