Protea Glen
An area that provides value for money, Protea Glen is both affordable and offers numerous schools, shopping centres and malls. Property prices range between R450 000 and R800 000, but two bedroom apartments including a bathroom, lounge and kitchen can be bought for a low R290 000.
Equestria and Moreleta Park
Perfect for first time buyers, Equestria and Moreleta Park offer two and three bedroom sectional title units that range between R1 millions and R1.5 million.
Bryanston and Lonehill
With Sandton being a hub for corporate activity, the areas of Bryanston and Lonehill situated in close proximity have become extremely popular for up and coming professionals. These areas offer something for everyone, with property prices from R800 000, R1 million and R2 million all the way to R4 million.
Die Hoewes
