It is so very sad when you read that a girl felt life was too difficult for her and opted to kill herself.

This is the second incident is a space of a few months were a young child took her own life. I cannot imagine what her parents must be going through and how they deal with the sudden loss of a child.

My thoughts and prayers goes out to everybody who are affected by suicide and the loss of someone they love. Death in itself is difficult to comprehend, losing someone, a child makes it even more heart breaking.

This is also the time of the year where more people commit suicide. It could be because the final exams are too much to handle or that pupils are still being bullied at school. It could also be that senior citizens are very lonely and they cannot face another Christmas without their family, children or friends.

I want to appeal to everybody out there, please make contact with your family, tell them every day how much you love them and how much you appreciate them. We all know life is unpredictable and anything can happen at any time. You never can go back to right the wrong.

If you are planning a trip somewhere, invite you parents or grandparents along. You will never know how much they will appreciate it. All they want is to spend time, quality time with those they love.

Christmas is around the corner. Make sure you do not get swallowed up in the confusion of buying gifts by ignoring the most important people, your family.

My condolences goes to the family and friends of Klara. May you find peace in the knowledge that she is now happy and content.

Until next week, take care of one another.
Ciao
