Be a watchdog for your community

Dear reader, we need your help to expose all wrongdoing within the community. With three journalists it is impossible for us to report on every single event in Roodepoort.

If you are an active member of your community and wish to help expose wrongdoing at any level, please get involved. As long as you have a cellphone that can take video footage, you are set.

If you capture any wrongdoing on camera, we can investigate it to increase its impact and show your video to the entire community. With video footage of the offence it will be difficult for the offending parties to deny involvement.

The only thing we ask of you is to be safe. Never put yourself in danger to catch offenders on film. Rather contact us before you risk becoming a target yourself. Get involved in making Roodepoort a better and safer place.
