Two wrestlers from Champions Pro Wrestling-CPW took 2019 by the scruff of the neck and achieved big victories in the ring.
There is an old saying in professional wrestling, “You are only as good as your last match”, and according to the two wrestlers’ performances last year, they have proved it to be true.
Alessandro and The Assassin not only entertained their fans, but also showcased some of the most spectacular matches in Randfontein, Klipspruit and Port Elizabeth. They also had what people call the best match in South Africa in the past five years – a tag-team tornado steps match which featured the wrestlers Wiese and Super Dragon.
This year, the two jaw-dropping wrestlers will have an opportunity of a lifetime when they face the former three-times World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) tag-team champion, Cryme Time himself at the SlamForce Africa event. This will be held on 28 February at the Time Square Arena in Pretoria.
These two teams will set the world on fire and Alessandro and Matthew The Assassin Hammar are ready to show what South African wrestlers are all about.
