Young biker set for Belgium

Travis will be competing in the 9 Expert Age group division, where he will be up against children from all over the world.

Trinityhouse Little Falls Grade 3 learner, Travis Appel, will be flying the South African flag high as he sets out to perform at the UCI BMX World Championships in Zolder, Belgium, this week.

Travis will be competing in the 9 Expert Age group, where he will be up against children from all over the world.

The youngster promises to come out on top as he recently won gold when he competed in the National Age Group Series in KwaZulu-Natal from 28 to 30 June (during the school holidays). This was a major achievement as he was competing with both local and African champions.
