Come play golf for a worthy cause
Golf day is to raise funds for the well being of the elders
The Flower Foundation invites you to its annual Fundraising Golf Day, to be held on Tuesday, 1 October at the Ruimsig Country Club.
The purpose of the golf day is to raise funds for the well-being of the elderly and to enable the organisation to continue taking care of them.
The cost for a fourball is R4 000, which includes a halfway-house voucher and dinner. One can also sponsor a hole for R2 000.
Those who do not play golf can make a cash donation towards this worthy cause. All proceeds will go towards the Flower Foundation Mary Patchitt Training Trust and the Foyn and Bruton Fund.
The Mary Patchitt Training Trust was established in order to raise money for training programmes for the nursing staff that are entrusted with caring for the Foundation’s residents when they can no longer care for themselves.
