His proud coach, Wade Rendall, said, “We are proud of Kyle for his outstanding achievement at the SA Champs. He is a good role model for the younger fighters at the Club”.

Triple Threat Kickboxing Club was founded and and is coached by Wade, who is a second-degree black belt and eight times South African Champion. According to Wade, the dojo is only seven months old, but the style of fighting has been developing for over 5 years.

The dojo’s focus is on smaller group training so that each fighter/ client has the opportunity to work with the coaches instead of mass group classes. The dojo is open throughout the day.

Wade said, “The Club’s future goal is to develop more SA champions and possibly World Champions, as well as introducing the sport to many underprivileged kids through our sponsorship programmes”.
