Sports stars of King’s School West Rand recently walked away with numerous medals when they participated in the South African Christian School’s Sport Association (SACSSA) event in Sasolburg.
This annual athletics invitational event was held on 8 September.
KSWR had 18 representatives competing in 29 events and managed to take home 16 medals. Adding to this achievement, the school indicated that athletes who had qualified at the event would advance to the SACSSA nationals taking place on 29 and 30 September.
“Congratulations to all of our athletes who have performed so well. We are proud of you for representing the school with such incredible standards,” said Michelle Dos Ramos, the school’s marketing coordinator.
