Just4Kicks punishes Benfica

RUIMSIG – Just4Kicks embarrasses their opponents in an Eagles5 indoor league soccer match.

RUIMSIG – Benfica players were left with excuses after being punished 9–2 by Just4Kicks in an Eagle 5s five-a-side indoor league soccer match at Ruimsig Country Club on 24 February.

Both clubs came in prepared for the clash, but the early goals scored by Just4Kicks in the first half gave spectators an indication of where the game was heading.

Just4Kicks kept good ball possession and continued to attack throughout the game, shooting long balls, which in most cases made it to the back of the net.

The winning side’s striker, Cassie Robinson, who created endless chances but ended up scoring one goal, gave credit to her teammates who were able to keep to the game strategy.

Just4Kicks plays against Benfica.

“It was a very good game. We had a good formation and understanding of the game. Overall we played well,” Robinson said.

Benfica players could not believe the score against a team that hardly gives them a difficult time. Noxolo Ndlovu explained the loss and said, “It was a beautiful game but we were short of players and we didn’t have substitutes.”
