Race to Q-School at Ruimsig

Anthony Michael won the Ruimsig leg of the Race to Q-School #13 held at the Ruimsig Country Club recently.

Representing Randpark Golf Club, the 31-year-old golfer captured his second IGT Challenge Tour victory by two strokes with an 18 under par 198.

Dainfern’s Matthew Spacey finished in second place with a seven under. Randpark Golf Club’s Kyle Barker finished with a 10 under par 206 to tie for sixth place, and Coert Groenewald finished with a seven under par 209 to finish the tournament tied for 12th position.

These recent results leave Anthony in 63rd position on the Money Leaders’ board while Matthew is in third position. Kyle is in 21st place and Coert is hanging on to eighth position on the log.

The golfers will now be looking forward to the Woodhill Race to Q-School #14 at the Woodhill Country Club and the Killarney Race to Q-School #15 at the Killarney Country Club this month.
