AuSOMEtism is an organisation with the goal of raising funds and awareness for autistic children. Founder of the organisation, Shaun Murphy said the organisation always participates in the 947 Cycle Challenge and was also chosen to feature in a promotional video about the upcoming race.

“The video was released on YouTube on 8 April and we hope it brings in some extra cyclists who are willing to cycle for us at the Cycle Challenge on 15 November.”

He added that people can click on the following link to view the video:

“We are asking each auSOMEtism team rider to raise a sum of at least R1 000 and help us to achieve a monetary goal of R100 000. The funds that we collect will assist us with opening a school that caters for children with autism,” said Murphy.

He explained that cyclists who wish to cycle for the organisation can give him a call on 083 264 9592 or email him at shaun@ausometism.co.za
