Panaroma Tennis Club headed in the right direction

It is the first time in the club's existence that they will be entering a junior team and it is very exciting for all involved.

Panorama Tennis Club has taken another step towards building a new hot spot for junior and senior tennis in the area.

The juniors will be taking the club in the right direction by testing their skills in the forthcoming Gauteng Central U/14 tennis league.

It is the first time in the club’s existence that they will be entering a junior team and it is very exciting for all involved.

This is a hotly contested league that is played over four weeks on Sunday afternoons from 1pm on a home-and-away relegation basis. Most of the other clubs within the province will compete in the league that commences on Sunday 19 October.

“It is the perfect way to put the youngsters through their paces and give them the correct exposure.

“This is the next step in their tennis development. It is also an important cog in any club’s longevity and existence, because without the youngsters coming through at grass-root level there will be no experienced senior players for the future of the club,” says coach Darren Styles.

If you would like to see these talented youngsters in action or would like further info of how you could get involved contact Mickey Styles on 083 384 5749 or Darren Styles on 073 165 9294.
