The book of Corinthians encourages us that we should not give up as we go through challenges. For our trying times are not there to stay but they will pass away. The word this too… shows that its not a first event to take place, there has been events before and they came to pass.
Very important is to always remind yourself that whatever you’re going through has not come to stay but it shall pass. This means that nothing lasts forever and nothing is unending. Therefore whatever test, trials and tribulation you may be going through or facing, it is temporary. At an appointed time it shall come to pass, it’s just a season! A season is meant to last for a certain period, as it has an expiry date.
Be encouraged that though it may look like there is no way out, it’s dark, there is no hope, it shall pass. The God who brings you to it, He will surely bring you through it! He is able.
Though you may know not as to when it will pass, may you not lose heart. Rest assured that it is not there to stay, but to pass!
