Louise, it is not only letters, locally or from abroad. Since our post office at Witpoortjie was forcefully shut down and we now have to go to Westgate, the excellent service we received for many years has evaporated into thin air.
Gone!!!
A Speed Services notification, stating “URGENT” was date stamped on 5 December 2018.
It was delivered to my house on 11 January 2019.
It took me 10 phone calls, after my call repeatedly being dropped, to speak to an employee
After hanging on for 20 minutes I was told, “I can not find it”.
It does not have a tracking number so I will not be able to get help from Speed Services either.
So my URGENT parcel has also evaporated into thin air
Gone!
