I want to take this opportunity to thank the butcher at the Kilburn Pick n Pay who assisted me on Friday night when a tub of cream fell out of my trolley and spilt on the floor.
When I asked for a mop to clean it up, he responded, “Please do not stress, I’ll clean it up.”
He went and fetched a mop and cleaned it up for me.
He then asked, “Where’s the tub” and when I said, “It’s in my trolley so I can go pay for it”, he replied, “We have an exchange policy. So please give it to me”.
There are not many such caring and helpful retailer employees around. Thank you for turning my disastrous event into an unforgettable one through your caring.
