I would like to say thank you to the staff at Rex Street Clinic. I was transferred there from Florida Clinic.
I arrived at 7.20am. From the security guard, staff, nurses to the facility manager, all were courteous and friendly. Willing to help and listen.
Since we are good at complaining and not good at giving compliments, I thought I should say to the staff and all, thank you for making my visit to your facility memorable. I was out before 9.20am.
Thank you, Mr Boys Phiri for explaining the clinic’s system and how it will operate. That each nurse has a certain number of allocated patients. That helped a lot. They also encourage patients to ask questions.
Thank you immensely. Can’t wait for my next visit in January 2018.
