On 9 March we lodged a complaint with the City of Joburg because City Parks had failed to mow the grass in front of our houses. This is the area between Corlett Avenue and Koeberg Street, starting at 62 Koeberg and going down to 86 facing and at Leerdam Street. Our aged neighbours at 82 and 84 Koeberg even had to hire a private person to mow the long grass in front of their properties.
City Parks came yesterday to attend to our query and the place looks safe and beautiful. Only the clean-up operation of remaining cut grass is to follow.
