Noisy neighbours – enough is enough

My neighbours keep seven dogs on their property that results in ongoing mayhem and noise on a daily basis.
The dogs are divided up and confined to specific areas around the house, they can’t move freely, hence barking is restricted to the area they are confined to – by my patio and living areas.
The leftover dog food all over their property attracts a dozen or more screamin , screeching, fluttering hadedas from 5am to about 7am every morning, metres from my bedroom windows.
Their electricity is powered by a generator on a permanent basis, not only during loadshedding or power outages. The generator is placed by the fence right next to my swimming pool and in close proximity to my patio and bedroom windows. The generator is used daily, during the day and at night.
Relaxing on my patio late in the afternoon or early evening is a thing of the past, as it is most unpleasant to sit there having to listen to a generator and inhaling diesel fumes whilst having a cup of tea.
To top it all, their choice of day of the week for the use of a gardener is a Sunday. Whilst relaxing on my patio mid-morning on a Sunday, the lawnmower and edge trimmer are used metres away from my patio. Once that noise dies down the dustbins are wheeled around with lids slamming for the remainder of the day. Sundays on my patio are also a thing of the past.
Approaching them in a decent manner several times to advise that the amount of dogs kept on a residential property is illegal, the noise is bothersome and to request if they would consider moving the generator to a different location further away from my property has fallen on deaf ears.
All requests have been ignored
Considerate neighbours? I don’t think so. It is no wonder there is so much hostility in the world.
