It is always someone or something that causes the problem. They are never to blame.

Last week, 15 June the power went off at 8:50am and came on for two minutes two hours later. It only came back on that evening at 21:50. It is impossible to reach the Call Centre on 011 375 5555 most of the time and after trying numerous times I eventually came through at 17:20pm after spending 35 minutes waiting on the phone. I spoke to a Rosanne who gave the reference number.

I also asked her to speak to a manager and/or provide me with a name of the area manager of the supposedly Region C which she reluctantly did. The area manager is supposedly George Makana and the number 011 470 3630 or his cell phone number. He simply does not answer nor does he respond to SMS sent. The ineffectiveness just irritates me, not mention the frustrations and pushing up my blood pressure.

This morning I woke up just before 6am and again the power was off. I again phoned the Call Centre just after and managed to get hold of them at 6:14am. Their computers were supposedly not working properly. In the background the noise was very loud and seeming jokes were the order of the day as none seem to be power related. When asked of the agent if it was a party he said no. I got a reference number and the power came back on at 9:50am again.
