Extra levies are a disgrace

I do my part in keeping the city clean by not throwing my rubbish in the street, and keeping my pavement clean. Perhaps if you could instill this discipline to the rest of Joburg you might not need to charge additional levies, but then again if you do that you would have less of a Christmas lunch and bonus after having not worked much during the year to actually earn that.

Absolutely nothing but a disgrace!
