Ag please! Those hooligans and ungodly villains on our roads do not respect themselves therefore they do not respect the speed limits set by our authorities plus they do not stop at red robots and stop signs.

So giving them speeding fines does not affect them whatsoever. It is like water off a duck’s back. They should be named and shamed.

The only way to try and reduce the carnage on our roads and damage to government as well as private property is to make those hooligans pay out of their pockets for the damage to robots, barriers, traffic signs, property perimeter walls etc.

The owners of the properties that were damaged die to their negligence and irresponsible driving should not claim from their insurances but from those hooligans. The JMPD and SAPS officers who respond to these collisions through negligent driving should send the driver’s details to the finance department of JRA and JRA should send these hooligans the bills for replacing the damaged robots, traffic signs, barriers as well as for the labour it takes to fix the debris.

And as for those vile inhabitants of this country who drive under the influence, confiscate their vehicles and sell them at auctions (even if they are still under contracts with Wesbank or whoever)

Use the monies received from those auctions and give it to our JMPD and SAPS officers in the form of additional bonuses. This could also eliminate our officers having a need to take bribes for an additional income.

Let those vile offenders still pay for a vehicle they no longer own while they walk to work or have to use a taxi or bus.
