Railway full of rubbish

I am a pensioner who lives close to the Sunshine Supermarket, but on the northern side of the railway track.

I, and many others now use the railway bridge to cross to the shop. I would have thought the bridge would be included in the street sweepers routine.

Months of filthy rubbish that smells in the heat lies there. There is a lot of broken bottles and glass which is not safe for the children and their mothers. Underneath, each end of the bridge also has its share of rubbish.The alternative to cross is the underneath tunnel at the station. No thank you!

Surely this could be brought to the attention of the railway. I assume it is their responsibility.
