Rea Vaya not yet geared for pensioners

One issue with bringing Rea Vaya into Roodepoort instead of Metrobus is the tariff structures differ greatly.

They have not yet implemented their pensioners’ cards and they only start pensioner benefits at the age of 65, as opposed to the 60 of Metrobus. Their scheduling is also pretty pathetic. Thokoza Park buses are like smarties but you can wait an hour or more for a bus to Cresta.

Their depot is just as unresponsive as the Roodepoort depot of Metrobus. Take it from someone that depends on public transport as a means of getting from A to B on a daily basis.
