I was admitted at Flora Clinic Emergency/Trauma Unit Thursday night 29 October with excruciating lower back pain and was treated with such dignity and compassion, as soon as the male nurse attend to me and put the ivy in my vain to relief my pain his friendly service and concern did the rest. After taken care of my pain I was sent to X-Rays and MRI Department to determine what the cause of my pain was, the same care and compassion was shown.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank Flora Clinic’s Emergency/Trauma Unit and 5th Floor Staff from the cleaner, catering staff up to the specialist or GP from the bottom of my heart. I take my head off for all of them, because I was treated with such dignity and compassion. Flora Clinic, with a friendly environment it can only give off positive vibes, like they say cleanliness is close to godliness which is another attribute as well. Their professionalism and concern shown during my 7 day stay was consistent up to the day I was discharged on 5th October 2012.
This was an experience of a lifetime and I would like the public to know, Flora Clinic is the number one clinic to get well soon. While I was there with all the blood tests and blood pressure routine check-ups during the day they pick up something else, lack of oxygen in my bloodstream which was cause by smoking and because of that I gave up smoking. I was treated for that as well.
I have been to various clinics and word of mouth normally carry weight and most clinics have very bad reputations when it comes to the treatment of their patients by their staff. If you have a choice to be admitted in a clinic in Gauteng Flora Clinic is the number one place to be, with all the best specialists and GP’s in South Africa.
I wish Flora Clinic Staff and their Share Holders all the success and the very best for their future ventures and renovations to come. Keep up with the good work, a good reputation can only be earned and Flora Clinic deserve every inch of it.
