Further to the article commending Mr. Shaun Govender (Regional Manager) at the City of Johannesburg, I would like to add my thanks to Mr Heinrich du Plooy, a member of Mr Govender’s team.

I have experienced problems with my services account for over a year, since Mr. Du Plooy started assisting I can actually see the light at the end of the tunnel.
