I would like to bring to your attention the conduct of ADT Reaction Officer Themba.
On 12 October my gate broke off the rails and the wall at about 16:00. I would only be able get the gate fixed the next day after many calls to many service providers.
Reaction Officer Themba was patrolling the area and saw the gate open and the yard exposed to potential criminals. He stopped, came in and asked what had happened and how he could assist me. I explained what happened.
ADT Reaction Officer Themba immediately told me not worry that he was on duty and would patrol during the night. Reaction Officer Themba came around the whole night and stopped, leaving notices that he had been there. In fact Officer Themba was there five times! Wow!
I went to bed knowing that my safety is in very good hands. What a pleasant and friendly ADT Officer, serious about ensuring the safety of ADT clients.

These are the kind of officers that ADT need, that go beyond the call of duty!
