People who are married in community of property, beware of certain loan companies who borrow money to your spouses.

They do not care if your spouse is married in or out of community of property, and they do not ask the reference person if you are married or not.

They even tell you that as long as your spouse has a pay slip and an Identity Document (ID) number, he or she qualifies for a loan.

When something happens to your spouse, they send the lawyers to your house and tell you you owe them money you did not sign up for. And when you do not pay them they put you on the blacklist.

When you do investigation and phone the loan company, the loan company tells you that they do not want to talk to you and that they only talk to the account holder.
