I drove past Laerskool Horison after 6pm on Friday and there were these two children, a young girl and boy still outside the school waiting for their parents to fetch them.
It was freezing cold Friday night. How could those children’s parents be so cruel? Such people don’t deserve to be parents. Please be on a look out if anyone sees these kids outside the school again till late hours and report the parents to child welfare or to the police.
It was young blonde girl about 7 or 8 years old and a boy with light brown hair about 12 or 13 years of age.
No child deserves to be put through that in such extreme weather conditions!
