Who do we complaint to?

This whole week I had to make alternative transport arrangements because of the trains coming late, or not coming at all. My problem is that there is no one to tell us (the passenger’s) there are no trains or the trains is running late. I mean a lot of people lost their jobs because of getting to work late, we buy monthly tickets but we still need to keep money for when the train does not arrive.

When you go to the ticket office and ask why the train is late or if the train is coming they say we don’t know. You ask them (ticket examiners) for a number to complain about the poor service, nobody knows the number for head office.

How do you work for a company but you don’t know the office number?
