My mother a widow of 75-years-old was followed home from the shopping centre on 16 December 2014. Two males jumped over her two meter palisade fence with fire arms and took her into her own house and robbed her of all her valuables including cash, bank cards, cellular phones her car that was not insured for theft etc. That was not the worst.

When they had taken what they wanted they broke her right leg at the ankle. A case was open at Florida police immediately, her car was not circulated for three days after the robbery. That is not all we were advised by the police not to block the cell phone as it could be triangulated and the robbers caught. To date the robbers are still using the same cell and even updates the status.

I called the number and said, ”hello can I speak to my mother (knowing that they stole the cell)?”The reply was, “this is no longer your mothers phone.” The number is still active more than 90 days but the investigating office to date never once spoke to my mother or collected the J88. He informs me that he does not have a car. I can see why crime will spiral out of control because a few men in blue just do not do their work.
