Your kindness is appreciated

Last week, my grandmother was the victim of the mugging that took place at the Pick ‘n Pay in Witpoortjie.

Because of the swift reaction by the WSNRW and the Roodepoort SAPS, the criminals were apprehended and will soon be brought to justice.

I would just like to say a huge thank you to the community policing members, the Pick ‘n Pay staff and management and the policemen from the Roodepoort department, for your fantastic help and support after the incident occurred. The professionalism and kindness shown to my grandmother is greatly appreciated!

Although no physical harm came to Gran, we are all very upset about the events of that day and will take all necessary precautions, to make sure it never happens again. Our family can hardly express their gratitude to the wonderful members of our society that came to my Grandmother’s aid.
