I’m a bit concerned with all this negative reports regarding Woolworths. Over the past few weeks a couple of people have come forward with allegations that discredits the quality of Woolworths products. I really don’t believe all these people. Woolworths has always been known for delivering quality products and it looks like a few individuals are out to tarnish the name of this great supplier of quality products. With the recent one saying they found a dead insect/cockroach inside a pack of noodles they purchased from Woolworths [published on RoodepoortNorthsider.co.za on 19 November, see Page 4], was that insect not from their own home (maybe that bowl was not properly cleaned or something)?
Can we please give Woolworths the benefit of a doubt. There are so many loopholes with all these stories. Even the frog one, what if the customer left the salad open and the frog somehow slipped in?
