Legendary musical on stage at Trinityhouse

Trinityhouse Little Falls High School has announced the latest production put forth by their drama department.

According to principal Shaun Hansel, the school is excited to premiere their production of the beloved musical Joseph and the Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat in July.

“Learners are hard at work in rehearsal, and this promises to be one of the best productions the school has yet presented on stage,” he says.

“Our learners and the dedicated production team have spent countless hours of hard work preparing to put on this wonderful show. The production boasts a vibrant and multi-talented cast and crew of 30 high school learners, and features guest appearances by 30 preparatory school learners, all committed to delivering a stellar performance.”

Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat has proven to be a timeless classic. Music and lyrics penned by the legendary duo Andrew Lloyd-Webber and Tim Rice, tell the biblical tale of Joseph, his 11 brothers, and the coat of many colours.

This family-friendly production promises to entertain audiences of all ages, with stunning visuals and well-known hits like Any Dream Will Do, and Close Every Door.

“Our learners have shown incredible dedication and talent throughout the rehearsal process,” Shaun adds.

“The production showcases their artistic capabilities and creativity but also highlights the importance of teamwork and perseverance. We are immensely proud and cannot wait to share this wonderful production with our community,” he concludes.

The show will run from July 11–13 at Trinityhouse Little Falls and tickets are available at Quicket.
