Local preschool Dynamic Kidz holds first sports day

A local preschool recently held a sports day for their children and said that they hope to make it an annual thing.

An exciting morning at Laerskool Dr Havinga’s sports grounds on November 4 as Dynamic Kidz held its first sports day. The primary goal of the day was to create a memorable experience for the young ones.

The event featured a range of exciting activities, including bike racing, a three-legged race, frog jumps, and a parent athletics race. The participation of staff in events like the three-legged race and athletics race added an extra layer of fun and laughter that resonated throughout the audience in the stands.

The stalls that were there added to the success of the day.

“We are delighted to report that the day was a resounding success. We are already planning to make this an annual tradition, promising even more exciting days in the future,” Nina Cloete, principal of Dynamic Kidz said.

“The active involvement of parents holds a special place in the heart of Dynamic Kidz. They are not just parents, but an integral part of our school family, and we take immense pride in having them as part of our community,” Nina reiterated.

Some of the parents were asked about the event:

“This was the best sports day ever … how I know is the way Mienke can’t stop talking about her sports day,” mother of Mienke Coetzee said.

“We enjoyed the day. Well organised. Lots of laughter, the kids entertained us, and food was delicious and services amazing,” mother of Skylar Oulden said.
