The event was held at the Davidsonville Recreation Centre, where many parents, the principal, and the deputy principal joined to celebrate the learners that were chosen as leaders. The initiative to appoint leaders at the school started in 2021.

“It is with great pride that the school can celebrate its second year of leaders at school. We want to congratulate all the learners elected as leaders of 2023,” said Clarissa Japhta, from Roodepoort Primary School.
